Talent Acquisition Strategist – Recruitment with Impact
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategist to turn hiring into a strategic advantage. Lead high-volume sourcing, drive recruitment marketing, and build partnerships that expand access to top talent in industrial, oil & gas, and construction sectors.
What You’ll Do:
Lead high-volume recruitment strategies.
Forecast hiring needs and design proactive sourcing plans.
Manage digital campaigns, social media, and employer branding.
Build relationships with post-secondary programs and development initiatives.
Represent the organization at industry events.
Analyze metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
What You Bring:
3–5+ years in recruitment (oil & gas, construction, or high-volume roles a plus)
Proven success building talent pipelines
Strong communication, networking, and tech skills (ATS experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license; up to 20% travel
Details:
On-site, 5 days/week, 8–5
