The Corporate core office operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for a wide range of recruiting, employee onboarding, administrative and recruiting support activities.

Primary Function:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for a wide range of recruiting, employee onboarding, administrative and recruiting support activities. 

Job Scope and Major Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with hub hiring managers and recruiting team to determine staffing needs.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments.
  • Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
  • Manage coordination of interview with hiring manager, etc,
  • Management of candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/HRIS).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Assist in the review and creation of job posts and job descriptions.
  • Working knowledge of background screening and I-9 Process
  • New hire time card processing
  • Sourcing qualified candidates
  • Creating and sending job offers
  • Creating and sending applicant status notifications including rejection notices
  • Maintain a positive employer brand and keep qualified candidates engaged for future openings.
  • Employee Onboarding following the preset process
  • Proof read all materials prior to making them for public view
  • Assist with coordinating on-site recruiting-related events, i.e., Career Fair and other special events
  • Adheres at all times to physical, administrative and technical safeguards related to core business when executing job functions.
  • Regular attendance and schedule adherence is critical.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Possess a professional demeanor, focused on respectful communication, a positive and reliable attitude, and responsible behavior. This includes dressing appropriately, being punctual, maintaining composure, and demonstrating accountability for your actions.
  • Working outside of core business hours may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”).

Required Qualifications: 

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with significant work experience in HR or recruitment coordination. 
  • 2–5 years in a recruiting or HR coordination role is preferred.
  • Represents the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP WorkForce Now preferred)
  • Experience with professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, ZipRecruiter, Smart Recruiter
  • Knowledge of Hub practices and daily workload
  • Possesses exemplary verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Must be flexible to work 40 hrs./week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Occasional evening/weekend hours may be requested based on workload and deliverables.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentially. 
  • Individual must have Microsoft proficiency (word, excel, outlook).
  • Reliable and consistent attendance and schedule adherence is required.
