About Us

HPX Group is a rapidly growing professional services business, specialising in solving complex client problems and working with clients and advisers to build long-term relationships and value.

We have built a high-growth, people-centric business that maximises our 'people experience' (PX) and believe this delivers the best 'client experience' (CX). We foster a vibrant culture, putting our people at the forefront of everything we do.

HPX is growing quickly, and so is our People Team. We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us and play a hands-on role in shaping a standout experience for every candidate who connects with us.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of the action - supporting the full recruitment process, keeping things moving, and making sure both candidates and hiring managers feel supported from first contact through to onboarding.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruitment career in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activity, from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and onboarding support. Along the way, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand what great looks like for each role and help bring strong talent into the business.

You’ll also:

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Use channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks to develop strong talent pipelines
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Help ensure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience throughout the process

We’re looking for someone:

We’re looking for someone with 2 to 5 years’ recruitment experience who’s confident working across multiple roles in a busy environment.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Great organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A solid understanding of hiring best practices
  • Clear, confident communication skills and strong relationship-building ability
  • A proactive, adaptable “can-do” attitude
  • An eye for detail and pride in getting things right

What’s in it for you

  • Be mentored in a supportive environment, with access to quality work and professional development opportunities
  • A fun, collaborative and high-performing team environment with regular social events, and training days
  • A competitive remuneration package, including equity pursuant to the Group’s ESS
  • An extra week’s leave, as part of our employee personal development program
  • Full-day birthday leave.

Diversity & Inclusion

At HPX Group, our culture is made up of unique backgrounds and varying life experiences. We celebrate our people's differences across gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, cultural backgrounds, and family and caring arrangements.

We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to provide a positive, barrier-free recruitment process. If you require any support or reasonable adjustments to complete your application, please contact us at talent@hpxgroup.com.au.

Agency submissions

HPX Group does not accept agency submissions unless the agency is specifically contacted by a member of the Recruitment Team. Please do not forward candidate profiles or resumes to partners, hiring managers or other employees - this will not constitute as an introduction to the firm and HPX Group will not be liable for a fee.
