Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcer)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer with experience identifying top talent in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments. This role will focus on proactively building and nurturing candidate pipelines to support the hiring needs of our Direct Sales teams across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, thrive in a high-performance culture, and be highly strategic and creative in sourcing passive candidates beyond inbound applications. This individual will partner closely with Recruiters and HR leadership to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, engage, and qualify passive candidates for high-volume sales roles using various tools, platforms, and creative techniques
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support multiple markets and anticipate future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screens to assess candidate fit and interest
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean search, and ATS platform to identify and engage top talent
• Regularly present market insights and sourcing analytics to support recruitment strategy
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified candidates for the interview process
• Support employer branding initiatives by actively promoting Celero's value proposition in candidate outreach and sourcing campaigns
• Maintain accurate candidate information, pipelines, and communication history in the ATS
• Continuously improve sourcing methods based on pipeline performance and recruitment metrics
• Stay current on sourcing best practices, recruitment trends, and competitor activity

Experience & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in candidate sourcing, with experience in sales or high-volume sourcing
• Proven ability to build pipelines of qualified, passive candidates across multiple geographies
• Strong research, sourcing, and engagement skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other creative sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing business needs
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize outreach strategies

Start date: Immediate

Employment type: Full-time; Exempt

Location: Onsite in Brentwood, TN

Salary: $65,000-$70,000
