This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, helping to attract and retain top talent. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview strategies. This position balances proactive talent sourcing, pipeline development, and strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will contribute to refining recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and supporting organizational goals. Ideal candidates are data-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about improving hiring practices while staying current on labor market trends.

Accountabilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to consult on job requirements, candidate selection, and interview strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and networks through multiple sourcing platforms.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Support recruitment events, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on broader talent initiatives and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proficiency with ATS, sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards), and HR databases.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions independently across functions or locations.
  • Excellent consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends, compensation, hiring compliance, and DEI practices.
