ROLE DESCRIPTION
Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission-critical projects within the federal contracting space.  To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Candidate must be able to work during normal business hours (anytime between 8:30  am – 6:30 pm EST) but scheduling is flexible.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including conducting interviews and collecting feedback from interviewers.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to retain information and apply feedback/instruction to similar scenarios
  • Eagerness to conduct candidate screenings via telephone
