Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Position Summary: 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting high-quality talent to support Orrstown Bank’s strategic objectives and workforce needs. This position serves as a trusted partner to hiring managers and Human Resources leadership, leading the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a fair, consistent, and positive candidate experience. 

The Recruiter promotes Orrstown Bank as an employer of choice, develops talent pipelines, supports internal mobility initiatives, and helps ensure that hiring decisions strengthen the Bank’s culture, values, and commitment to exceptional client service..

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field; professional certification preferred. Comparable years of experience with professional certification may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum four (4) years practical recruiting experience.

Financial services, banking, or regulated industry recruiting experience preferred. 

Excellent interpersonal relations, computer, mathematical, reading, verbal and written communication, problem solving, decision making, multi-tasking, prioritizing and presentation skills; high degree of confidentiality, discretion and attention to detail; be conscientious, prompt and courteous; thorough working knowledge of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Affirmation Action, Americans with Disabilities Act and other employment laws and regulations; demonstrated working knowledge in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), online job listing services, possess a valid driver’s license.
