Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Per Diem Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who prefers a flexible schedule and can step in to manage hiring needs for the expansion of our ABA clinic. The Per Diem Recruiter will play a critical role in actively identifying, engaging, and securing new hires for the Behavioral Technician Role and other employment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with Clinical Director and Managing Partners to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

· Post job openings on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.

· Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, resume databases, networking, and cold outreach.

· Screen and evaluate candidates through resumes, phone interviews, and assessments.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

· Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

· Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and HR team.

· Assist with offer negotiations and the onboarding process, when needed.

· Support recruitment projects or events such as job fairs, open houses, or seasonal hiring drives.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house); healthcare, education, or corporate recruiting experience preferred

· Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills; familiarity with Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping

· Knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, or weekends if required

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

· This is a per diem / as-needed position; hours will vary based on organizational need.

· Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
