  • Improve candidate engagement and support consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build robust pipelines and community partnerships to support proactive hiring strategies.
  • Support onboarding logistics, working closely with HR site partners and supervisors.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community workforce initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison for staffing agencies supporting salaried or hard-to-fill positions; track performance and hiring costs.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with HR Manager – Operations and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with operational goals.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal messaging to promote our company as an employer of choice.
  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies across all states of operation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Support other HR ad hoc projects, tasks, and responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to the areas above.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR-related experience, ideally in manufacturing, high-volume, or hourly environments.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP Workforce Now a plus).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multi-site and multi-state operations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to plant locations and hiring events.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or community outreach - preferred
  • Understanding of EEOC, I-9, and wage and hour laws related to hiring – preferred.
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with defined KPIs – preferred
