Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Clinical

Pay Range:

Based upon experience.

Job Description:

Join a mission-driven team where recruiting truly makes an impact.

At Nyman Associates, we don’t just fill roles β€” we connect passionate professionals with opportunities to support students, schools, and intermediate units. Our work directly impacts children, families, and school communities, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Guided by our core values of innovation, compassion, trust, and expertise, we are growing and looking for a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in person.

This role will focus primarily on recruiting non-clinical, school-based behavioral support professionals, including Paraprofessionals, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Teaching Assistants, and similar support positions.

This is a high-volume recruiting role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move candidates efficiently through the hiring process, and is confident making hiring decisions. You'll work closely with our Non-Clinical Service Lead to understand staffing priorities and ensure we are bringing the right people onto our team to support our school partners and students.

Overall Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Clinical is responsible for managing a high volume of candidates through the recruiting and selection process for school-based behavioral support positions.

This role focuses on quickly identifying qualified applicants, conducting effective interviews, evaluating candidate fit, making hiring decisions, and extending verbal offers. While candidate outreach and pipeline development are part of the role, the primary emphasis is on candidate conversion, interviewing, selection, and maintaining an efficient hiring process rather than extensive passive sourcing.

You will serve as an ambassador for Nyman Associates and play an important role in creating a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial application through offer. You will work closely with the Non-Clinical Service Lead and internal partners to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and candidate requirements.
