Your profile
Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial qualification
Proven initial professional experience as a recruiter in industry and/or in the recruitment department of a headhunter company
Passion for searching for talent and a good sense for personalities with development potential
Confidence and experience in active sourcing – we use LinkedIn as well for application management we use Workday
Initial experience in conducting structured interviews in the technology environment, as well as at management level
Skilled in campaigning on googleAds and META
Fluent written and spoken German and English, another language especially from Europe, Turkish or Asia is a plus
