As we follow the oneKardex strategy, we will extend the Talent Acquisition Team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in Germany.

You live in Greater Karlsruhe - Mannheim area and are willing to work 40:60 remote.

Your tasks

  • Identifying and approaching qualified candidates through active searching, networking, and using online platforms

  • Building and maintaining a talent pool for future hires

  • Supporting the operational recruitment process in line with the candidate journey

  • Using a multi-channel sourcing strategy to search for talent  

  • Conducting structured pre-calls and interviews

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial qualification

  • Proven initial professional experience as a recruiter in industry and/or in the recruitment department of a headhunter company

  • Passion for searching for talent and a good sense for personalities with development potential

  • Confidence and experience in active sourcing – we use LinkedIn as well for application management we use Workday

  • Initial experience in conducting structured interviews in the technology environment, as well as at management level

  • Skilled in campaigning on googleAds and META

  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, another language especially from Europe, Turkish or Asia is a plus
