Make a difference | Your mission
Recruitment Strategist: Working with multiple HR Business Partners (HRBP) and supporting different Hiring Managers located in several countries in EAMEI, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and impactful marketing techniques to attract the strong talent we need.
Recruitment Process Conductor: You will ensure seamless and standardized recruitment processes, using the most effective channels to identify and select exceptional candidates for our business (Home Health care, Industry, Engineering, R&D and shared services).
Candidate Experience Expert: You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring their experience is memorable and aligned with the requirements of our company and the local market.
Talent Community Builder: You will actively participate in creating talent pools for young graduates and experienced talents aligned with our Employer Branding strategy.
TA Projects: You will be responsible for exciting projects such as, for example recruitment training, implementing referral programs, and promoting our employer brand and also involved in Global Talent Acquisition of the Group.
Performance lead: We walk the talk- You will be responsible for monitoring and achieving our talent acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in regards to Manager and Candidate Experience and our internal clients.
People for people | Your Carefluencer profile
You have a solid experience in recruitment, ideally gained in a recruitment firm or as an operational TA specialist in an international context.
You have strong expertise in active sourcing technology, people assessment, and digital tools (Linkedin Recruiter, Gemini, job boards and Applicant Tracking systems such as Workday) and are experienced in pro-actively collaborating with company stakeholders.
You embrace change, are agile, flexible, open-minded, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong team spirit despite working in a virtual team set up.
You are proactive, eager to challenge the status quo and have a curious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a Passion for driving diversity and innovation in talent acquisition.
You are fluent in German, Turkish and English. Other languages are welcome.
This position can be based in Norderstedt, Germany or Alges, Portugal or Sofia, Bulgaria.
