- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, events, referrals, and AI-driven tools to source and nurture top talent.
- Draft compelling job postings and recruitment messaging that reflect Stark’s brand and attract qualified, culture-aligned candidates.
- Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and structured assessments; schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Promote and participate in continuous learning, both personally and across the team, to strengthen recruiting capability and support a high-performance culture.
- Support onboarding logistics and team handoffs to ensure a strong new hire experience.
- Contribute to building a culture of adaptability, learning, and shared success.

- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and Stark policies.
- Support additional HR initiatives or projects as assigned, demonstrating a “We Figure It Out” mindset.
