This position is primarily responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels,Ā interviewing, screening, assessing interview performanceĀ and referring job candidatesĀ for clientsā job openings for successful placements.Ā The positionĀ alsoĀ providesĀ theĀ information of job marketĀ andĀ proposeĀ recruitment strategies and measures to meet the needs ofĀ client.

āÆ* Job DescriptionĀ
āÆ- Conduct job order intake meetings with clients to finalize qualification criteria for candidatesĀ
āÆ-Ā Obtain job orders and place candidatesĀ by conferring with clients and/or internal sources
āÆ-Ā Source candidates using a variety of search methods
āÆ- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video screeningsĀ
āÆ- Support candidates in preparation for interviews with clientsĀ
āÆ- Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunitiesĀ
āÆ- Maintain candidate databases Ā
āÆ- Work as part of a team and collaborate with other internal divisionsĀ
Ā - Follow up with clients and assigned temporary staffs to monitor progress and mitigate concerns
āÆ- Participate in various projects as assignedĀ
āÆ- Other administrative duties as assignedĀ

* Requirement:Ā
āÆ- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in both EnglishĀ and Japanese
āÆ- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceĀ
āÆ-Ā 2-3 years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners is preferred Ā
āÆ- Basic computer skills are necessary (e.g. MS office)Ā
āÆ-Ā Project management skills, prioritizing, multitasking, time management, customer service mindedĀ
āÆ- Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsĀ
* Location: Torrance-CA, New York-NY, or Houston-TX (Pasona office, Hybrid work)
*Ā Work Hour:Ā Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Local time, 40 hours/week)

$50,000-$72,000/year (DOE)
