As a pivotal member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of R3 by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier IT talent. This dynamic role requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional with a proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, specifically within the IT sector.

They must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Working closely with leadership, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to building a high-performing, technically adept workforce, supporting the company's growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
- Create, refine, and optimize job descriptions to clearly define responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations, attracting top talent.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source and engage qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct screening conversations, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications to match job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent for current and future openings, focusing on roles like IT technicians, system administrators, and helpdesk support.
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives and develop effective recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by effectively managing the recruitment lifecycle, from application to onboarding. Oversee onboarding to support a smooth transition for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide reports to HR leadership on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, using insights to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR. Experience in IT or technical recruiting is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a technical environment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Glassdoor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- HR certification (i.e. SHRM-CP, PHR) is not required but is considered a plus.
