About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and pre-employment activities.Ā
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Ā
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assess candidates to identify top talent.Ā
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Ā
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.Ā
- Maintain job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ā
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.Ā
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity, pipelines, and time-to-fill.Ā
- Represent the Credit Union at career fairs, networking events, community outreach, and other recruiting initiatives.Ā
- Support onboarding by preparing offer documentation, coordinating new hire paperwork, and scheduling orientation.Ā
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Ā
- Assist with employee lifecycle transactions and support People & Culture initiatives and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ā
- Two to four years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, or a related field.Ā
- Experience managing multiple open positions and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ā
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems (ex ADP).Ā
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.Ā
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.Ā
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Ā
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.Ā
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base range for this position is $68,000 - $75,000Ā per year, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.Ā
