A fast-growing telehealth organization is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Healthcare Recruiter to join its expanding remote team. Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles including MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs.

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using professional networks, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified, mission-aligned candidates.

Candidate Engagement & Management

  • Conduct interviews and screenings to evaluate clinical competency, telehealth readiness, and culture fit.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating the benefits of virtual healthcare careers.

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with leadership, HR, and clinical teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

  • Utilize ATS platforms and CRM tools to manage recruitment workflow and candidate records.

  • Keep up-to-date with licensing requirements, market trends, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, hiring standards, and recruitment ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment.

  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

  • Familiarity with U.S. medical licensing and credentialing processes (training provided as needed).

  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Flexibility to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
