YOUR MISSION
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in executing and contributing to our HR Talent Acquisition strategy. Your mission is to attract, engage, and secure top talent, ensuring alignment with our Group HR strategy and the long-term business objectives of your assigned organizational unit(s).
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Drive Talent Acquisition Excellence: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level roles, from proactive sourcing and attraction to meticulous selection, offer management, and seamless onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all.
· Build Robust Talent Pipelines: Proactively identify, engage, and assess top-tier candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including online research, networking, and direct outreach. Develop and nurture robust candidate pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified talent.
· Craft Engaging Campaigns: Contribute to the design and execution of innovative recruitment campaigns, identifying target candidate groups and proposing effective channels, compelling messaging, and engaging event concepts.
· Strategic Collaboration: Partner effectively with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their needs, craft compelling and accurate job descriptions, and provide valuable market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
· Champion Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for Richemont, delivering an exceptional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
· Assessment & Selection Expertise: Conduct thorough pre-assessments, including in-depth interviews and portfolio reviews, to evaluate candidate suitability against key criteria. Support the development and implementation of assessment centers, tailoring exercises and assisting with assessor training and feedback processes.
· Operational Precision: Utilize and maintain recruitment systems (ATS) with precision, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and compliance within the Talent Acquisition function.
· Continuous Growth: Actively participate in personal and professional development activities, including formal training and coaching, to expand capabilities, maintain professional accreditation, and stay abreast of relevant technology, industry best practices, and external regulations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
· Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, demonstrating the ability to manage a full recruitment lifecycle independently and effectively.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy in recruitment systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
· A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
· Curiosity and a continuous learning approach to stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
