Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Primary Focus: Recruiting Operations, Coordination & Internship Program Leadership

Direct Recruiting: Limited (~10%)

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports enterprise hiring through operational excellence, coordination, systems administration, and ownership of the Internship Program. This role enables hiring managers and senior TA/HR partners by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, onboarding workflows, and recruiting data. The position does not own full‑cycle recruiting for most roles.

Core Responsibilities

Recruiting Operations & Coordination (Primary)

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and locations

• Manage candidate communications and interview logistics

• Post positions and maintain accurate job and requisition data

• Maintain the Open Position Report

• Distribute interview tools, including AI‑generated interview guides

• Support hiring managers with job description updates

• Enter and manage hires in ADP with required documentation

Onboarding & Systems Support

• Monitor offer letters, background screenings, and onboarding progress

• Coordinate hiring manager onboarding tasks

• Provide backend recruiting and onboarding support in ADP

• Ensure process compliance and data accuracy

Internship Program Ownership

• Own execution of the RAA Internship Program

• Coordinate and schedule 10‑week internship opportunities

• Post internship roles and manage candidate and intern communications

• Partner with FSF and internal stakeholders on intern planning

• Support intern managers and mentors

• Organize and attend career fairs and campus recruiting events

• Participate in and support the Internship Committee

Limited Recruiting Support (~10%)

• Provide sourcing and screening support primarily for internships and early‑career roles

• Assist with resume review and initial screenings as needed

• Support offer and pre‑boarding processes (offers extended by HR/leadership)

Role Boundaries

• Not a full‑cycle recruiter

• No ownership of recruiting strategy, workforce planning, or final hiring decisions

• No offer negotiation authority

Experience & Capability

• 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or internship program support

• ATS/HRIS experience (ADP preferred)

• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder support skills

• Internship or campus program experience preferred
