Role Overview
Our confidential client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support construction hiring across project and site-based roles. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, structured screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a strong candidate experienceβwhile ensuring accurate documentation and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for construction roles (engineering, project controls, HSE, QA/QC, site supervision, and related functions).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards, and local sourcing channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and site readiness.
- Coordinate interviews, technical assessments (as applicable), feedback collection, and candidate communications.
- Maintain ATS/spreadsheets, track hiring stages, and prepare weekly status updates and hiring reports.
- Support offer documentation, reference checks (where applicable), and on-boarding handover to HR/operations.
- Ensure consistent communication SLAs and protect confidential client and candidate information at all times.
- Align recruitment plans with mobilization timelines and project needs through regular stakeholder check-ins.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience; construction/engineering hiring exposure is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities, including technical role understanding and competency-based assessment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools), ATS/CRM systems, and Excel reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; English required, Arabic preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-up discipline, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in parallel.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience hiring within the Saudi construction market (contractors/subcontractors, project-based hiring).
- Familiarity with mobilization processes, site documentation, and project hiring cycles.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD/SHRM or equivalent) is a plus.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English).

- Offer acceptance rate and reduced candidate drop-off through consistent follow-ups.

- Accurate, timely reporting and strong recruitment data hygiene.
