Job Description: HRBP - Energy Services

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders in the Energy Services sector to provide HR guidance and support.
- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance and development issues.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and human resources best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, specifically within the energy or services sectors.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering and organizational development.
- Experience in driving HR transformation and change management initiatives.
