Position Summary:

We are growing our HR department! The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands-on support for HR projects and new-hire onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:

  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions
  • Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)
  • Proactively source talent utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
  • Assist with offers and pre-employment processes

Onboarding & HR Support:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Support HR projects, employee relations, reporting, and employee file maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2–4+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base
