Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: St. George, Utah (Hybrid — split between remote work and on-site at our centers, typically 2–3 days per week in person)
Schedule: Part-time, 25 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday (Hours should ideally fall between 8am-6pm MST)
Compensation: $28 - $32 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various clinical and administrative positions within our ABA company. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.

This position is located in St. George, Utah, with a hybrid schedule split between remote work and on-site presence at our centers (typically 2–3 days per week). While the schedule is part-time and flexible, the majority of working hours should ideally fall within standard business hours to support candidate and team availability.

There is potential for this role to expand into a full-time position as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Source, identify, and engage candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews for BCBAs, Admin, and Operations roles. 
  • Facilitate and lead group interviews for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Extend offers or send rejections following company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies to support hiring goals.
  • Represent Possibilities professionally and positively, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to the leadership team.
  • Post new job openings across relevant platforms.
  • Register for career fairs and coordinate details for designated onsite representatives in Utah, ensuring they have the necessary information from schools and event hosts.
  • Stay current on trends, best practices, and compliance updates related to ABA and healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience within the healthcare industry is required.
  • Prior experience recruiting within an ABA setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain the company mission and describe the positions in a way that generates excitement and enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between tasks, sometimes with little to no notice or transition time.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
