The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a strong background in recruiting, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers to meet the organization's talent needs.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and gather feedback to support the decision-making process
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.


Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred

Experience Qualifications
  • 5+ years Experience as a recruiter is preferred

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
