As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll build strong relationships across the organization, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation — all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

If you're great at:

  • Building and nurturing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates

  • Leading best-in-class full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles and departments

  • Leveraging competitive intelligence and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand

  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent acquisition

And you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday)

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for finding the right talent
