The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process, supporting HR administration, onboarding, and ensuring alignment with business strategies to foster a high-performance environment. Reporting to the HR Director, this role involves developing sourcing strategies, coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining recruitment records. The specialist also leads onboarding programs, conducts 30-day and 90-day feedback sessions, and collaborates on data analysis to improve recruitment and retention. Additionally, the role includes generating reports, leading employee engagement initiatives, overseeing intern programs, and ensuring legal compliance. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition—preferably in a professional services setting—and proficiency with HR tools and legal knowledge. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships across the organization are essential. The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, with benefits contingent upon experience and qualifications. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing shifting priorities and maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic environment.
