SUMMARY: Talent Acquisition is an HR professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of the organization. The TA must be well versed in candidate evaluation, conducting interviews, DEI practices and promoting the organization in a positive light.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

 

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and conduct.
  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Ensure positions align with approved open requisitions and budgets.
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate the needs of the organization.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, social media outlets, job boards and career fairs.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, move candidates forward to the hiring managers, and close the cycle.  
  • Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Sort, qualify and vet candidates.
  • Research talent acquisition trends to improve the hiring process.
  • Work with CHRO to communicate candidate needs and improve overall retention.
  • Work with HRBPs to ensure smooth candidate offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain up to date sourcing and recruiting logs.
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 

  • Associates degree in related field, preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in multi-state recruitment.
  • General Human Resources knowledge required.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical recruiting, preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize and track large volumes of data.
  • A proven ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
