Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong candidate pipelines through job fairs, digital platforms, community partnerships, and proactive outreach
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including applications, communication, interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
  • Lead onboarding activities such as job offers, pre-employment testing, orientation, and skills assessments
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to fill roles efficiently and support hard‑to‑fill searches
  • Maintain compliance and documentation while presenting a professional, confidential, and employee‑focused HR presence

 



Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Education in HR or related fields (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional communication abilities with professionalism and discretion
  • Self‑directed work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
