Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent
Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the
full-cycle Talent Acquisition process while maintaining focus on short- and
long-term talent acquisition strategies. This role will serve as a brand
ambassador for PPC Partnersโ companies, representing our reputation for
excellence in the Data Center, Mission Critical, and Hyperscale markets. The
position is responsible for attracting and engaging top Electrical Construction
talent to support our growing portfolio of complex, high-impact projects.
- Partner with Sourcing
Specialist to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for
current and future roles
- Screen, interview and
recommend candidates for hire, influencing, motivating and maintaining the
interest of strong candidates.
- Manage โBest in Classโ
candidate experiences throughout the interview and on-boarding process.
- Leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to attract best
talent.
- Develop and maintain strong
relationships with internal hiring managers and extends offers to select
field and office employees.
- Proactive and strategic
sourcing of high-quality candidates across several geographic areas and
job functions. Particular emphasis placed on utilizing a variety of
sourcing mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, social media,
local area resources, and internally developed recruiting campaigns
strategically designed to source talent.
Requirements:
This
position requires a charismatic recruiter with a passion for placing people
drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire to work in a
team-based environment and contribute immediately.
- At least 5 years of
experience leading in-house recruiting efforts within the Electrical
Construction market
- Experience hiring in the
Data Center, Engineering and Construction areas.ย
- Ability to evaluate
applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of
qualifications.
- Ability to recommend
organization communications to increase the attractiveness of the role,
company and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Effective negotiating
skills
- Extensive knowledge of
online job websites and applicant tracking software programs
