We empower students and their studies by providing an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions at our in-person campuses, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the process → Manage end-to-end hiring across all functions.
  • Build smarter systems → Automate workflows across Rippling, Monday.com, and ATS tools.
  • Craft experiences → Write job ads, design screening processes, and run assessment centres.
  • Run campaigns → Drive referrals, uni partnerships, and creative talent initiatives.
  • Champion candidates → Deliver fast, thoughtful communication at every step.
  • Leverage AI → Use the latest tools to source, screen, and select smarter.
  • Partner with leaders → Coach hiring managers on best practice.
  • Track what matters → Monitor hiring metrics and improve continuously.
  • Shape the brand → Build our employer brand and embed DEI in everything we do.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psych, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Comfort with HR tech (Rippling, ATS) and AI hiring tools (ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Independent, proactive, and energised by a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and hungry to experiment.
  • Growth mindset and a drive to build something from the ground up.
