As a Talent Acquistion Specialist, you'll partner across our company to identify top talent to support critical missions cross AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across cleared IT roles β€” source, screen, interview, manage offers, and support onboarding for candidates cleared to Public Trust up to TS/SCI.
  • Assist pre-award recruiting efforts by helping to build qualified candidate pipelines, identifying key personnel, and providing sourcing support for proposals and contract bids.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and program leads across diverse customer domains to anticipate talent needs for current and prospective projects.
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearedJobs.net, ClearanceJobs.com, and your own professional networks.
  • Support high-volume requisitions and surge hiring for proposals, contract transitions, and program ramp-ups, balancing competing priorities with agility.
  • Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics in the ATS to drive continuous process improvements and demonstrate proposal readiness.
  • Represent MetroStar at virtual and in-person recruiting events, including cleared-focused career fairs and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling job postings, align on candidate profiles, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Must-Haves:

  • 2–4 years of experience recruiting in the federal contracting space, with exposure to cleared IT roles.
  • Demonstrated comfort managing multiple requisitions, shifting client contexts, and juggling clearance levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Jobvite.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience supporting IT roles for DoD or Intelligence Community contracts.
  • Familiarity with proposal staffing and surge recruiting in cleared environments.
