Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist- TA Administrator

Department: Administration

Reports To: Senior Talent Acquisition Director

FLSA: Non-Exempt

 

Primary Function:


The Talent Acquisition Specialist- TA Administrator is responsible for a wide range of administrative, employee onboarding and recruiting support activities. 

 


Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

  • Works with the TA team to fulfill organizational staffing needs
  • Owns all administrative task for the TA team *
  • Ensures timely response to all Talent Acquisition inbox inquiries
  • Administers appropriate assessments by role categories 
  • Follows up with candidates, hiring managers and TA team to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
  • Assists with coordination of interviews
  • Management of candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Post job posts and job descriptions as needed
  • Handles background screenings 
  • Conducts Employee Onboarding*
  • Other duties as needed
  • Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Experience as an HR Assistant/Coordinator is a plus
  • Must have microsoft office proficiency (word, excel, outlook).
  • HRIS knowledge needed (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Outstanding people skills with a friendly demeanor 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, ZipRecruiter, Smart Recruiter
  • Must have exemplary verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills. 
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to work well in a team setting
