Job Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for all department positions as well as supporting the onboarding of new hires and/or transfers. He/she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish partnerships with the managers, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. In addition, during low periods of recruitment demands and effort, the Recruiting Specialist will support other services provided by the HR team such as, compliance, special projects and events to ensure all employees are supported throughout their employment.
Salary Range: $27.47/hr - $32.96/hr
