Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping our workforce by connecting great people with meaningful careers. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycleβfrom creatively marketing open positions and proactively sourcing top talent to guiding candidates through a seamless, engaging hiring experience. Partnering closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist helps build strong, diverse teams that drive our organization forward.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal postings
Market open positions to increase visibility and attract diverse, high-quality candidates
Proactively source candidates through networking, social media, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate candidate selection steps with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes
Experience marketing job postings and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
