Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in shaping our workforce by connecting great people with meaningful careers. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycleβ€”from creatively marketing open positions and proactively sourcing top talent to guiding candidates through a seamless, engaging hiring experience. Partnering closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist helps build strong, diverse teams that drive our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, offer coordination, and onboarding support

  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal postings

  • Market open positions to increase visibility and attract diverse, high-quality candidates

  • Proactively source candidates through networking, social media, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies

  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit

  • Coordinate candidate selection steps with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role

    • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes

    • Experience marketing job postings and sourcing candidates across multiple platforms

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously

    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
