JOB SUMMARY

• Collaborate with management on hiring qualifications
• Create and post positions on hiring portals
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial screening interviews via phone calls and virtual meetings
• Coordinate in person final interviews with hiring managers
• Correspond with candidates on the status of their application
• Perform other occasional duties as directed by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be experienced with hiring
• Experience with Indeed preferred
• Motivation to help the company grow and succeed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
