About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment; you’ll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top AI and engineering talent.

You’ll work closely with leaders across the business, build strong internal relationships, and have the opportunity to wear multiple hats across talent, operations, and employer branding.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical roles (AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, FDEs across all levels)
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to deeply understand hiring needs
• Build strong rapport with leaders and teams at all levels
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Contribute to employer branding, referrals, and hiring campaigns
• Support and improve internal recruitment processes and tools
• Get involved in broader people initiatives beyond recruitment

About You

• 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal)
• Strong exposure to technical recruitment (software engineering, AI, data, etc.)
• Comfortable speaking the language of engineers and understanding technical roles
• Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable, and happy to step outside a traditional recruiter scope
• Keen to grow and develop your career in Talent Acquisition
