About the role:

This is the perfect next step for an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for talent acquisition who has experience working either in-house or agency with an established network in the facilities management or construction sectors. As a highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome-focused professional, you will possess strong communication skills and the drive to learn new sourcing channels and technology. You are someone who aspires to deliver quality, innovative and smart solutions to your stakeholders.

This position will be working within a wider HR team and will also incorporate aspects of talent and development initiatives, including induction, general training and employee development. If the successful candidate also has past experience working in learning and development, it will be highly regarded.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers, providing coaching and support throughout the recruitment and selection process, including shortlisting, conducting interviews, offer and initial onboarding
  • Implement innovative solutions to candidate sourcing and attraction,
  • Identify and build key relationships with external organisations to enhance our opportunities to source candidates
  • Oversee and coordinate all internal recruitment practices, policies and procedures and provide expert advice to People Leaders at all levels on the recruitment framework and processes
  • Development of talent pools and pipelines for all critical roles
  • Conduct an annual review of supplier agreements and relationships, and negotiate commercial arrangements

What we are looking for:

  • Strong recruitment experience, preferably in-house
  • Experience influencing skills, with the ability to relate to all levels
  • Proven experience delivering on creative sourcing strategies
  • A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, confidence to make decisions and ability to remain calm under pressure  
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to holding yourself accountable to stakeholders whilst maintaining a consultative approach and working style
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to assist your team when required
