· Assist HR and leadership with internal communication strategies, surveys, and feedback loops to improve engagement.

· Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, culture-building activities, and internal events (e.g., appreciation weeks, team milestones).

· Promote internal mobility by maintaining visibility of internal job openings and growth paths.

· Act as a culture ambassador—ensuring that all candidates and employees feel connected to the mission.

Customer & Community Engagement

· Partner with Business Development Team and HR to support the execution of customer-facing events, including open houses, appreciation events, or job fairs.

· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will be strongly considered.

Preferred Experience

· Familiarity with long-term care pharmacy or IDD services.

· Multi-state hiring and licensure coordination.

· Experience with onboarding design, employee engagement programs, or customer experience strategy.
