GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing is a company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions within the aviation and aerospace industry.

We are seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to succeed, enjoys talking with people, and can confidently multitask between phone calls, candidate sourcing, and computer-based work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positions
  • Conduct phone interviews and qualify candidates based on client requirements
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking within company systems
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding activities
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members
  • Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting tools to generate talent leads
  • Meet hiring goals, activity metrics, and placement targets
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone and computer simultaneously
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sales, customer service, call centers, staffing, or recruiting environments is a plus
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient with computers, internet research, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Based in DFW metroplex
