About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources department, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the organization. In this salaried, full-time role, you will focus on sourcing and attracting top talent globally, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring experience. You will leverage tools such as Rippling and Jira to manage workflows, coordinate multiple concurrent interviews, and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.


What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Source and attract candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across global locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define interview processes, and align on selection criteria.
  • Coordinate and delegate multiple interviews simultaneously, ensuring timely scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  • Use Rippling to support recruitment workflows, candidate data, and integration with onboarding and HR processes.
  • Ensure global hiring practices comply with local labor laws, internal policies, and best practices in different geographies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment tracking and reporting using Jira and other internal tools.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Lead or support salary and offer negotiations, balancing internal equity, market data, and candidate expectations.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, providing timely updates and constructive feedback when appropriate.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent market insights, and hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through professional candidate interactions and participation in relevant events or campaigns.
  • Bonus: is willing to report to a Rippling office location


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, including proactive outreach and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and coordinate several interviews at the same time.
  • Experience using Rippling or similar HRIS/ATS platforms to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with Jira or comparable tools for tracking recruitment activities and workflows.
  • Knowledge of global hiring practices, employment regulations, and compliance considerations across multiple regions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in salary and offer discussions, with an understanding of internal equity and market benchmarks.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
