Compensation range: $60,000 - $90,000
What you’ll do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing to closing, ensuring that only the best join our team.
- Source and engage top talent using direct outreach, innovative strategies, and deep market research.
- Move with speed and efficiency, ensuring we never miss out on exceptional candidates due to slow processes.
- Assess candidates rigorously, using structured interviews and data-backed evaluations to maintain a high talent bar.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and continuously refine our hiring strategy.
- Leverage data and analytics to track hiring efficiency, funnel metrics, and continuously optimize our process.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience that reflects our high-performance culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on the talent market, pipeline progress, and best hiring practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position Mogo as a magnet for high performers.
What you’ll need:
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent with speed and precision.
- Strong sourcing skills: deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to operate autonomously and execute relentlessly without needing constant direction.
- Highly data-driven: understands hiring funnels, conversion rates, and key talent metrics.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills: can engage and close top talent effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture that demands urgency, excellence, and results.
- Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles is a plus.
