POSITION PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will be to work with hiring managers, Human Resources (HR), and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. They will develop and implement creative hiring strategies to find the best talent and establish Client as a preferred employer in the labor market. They will effectively influence candidates and hiring teams, negotiate and extend job offers, all while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, practices, and laws.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Partner with HR and departmental leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies.

? Manage the expectations of hiring managers, understanding our business and why people love our company.

? Work closely with our team to enhance existing programs and implement an innovative strategy to find top-tier, diverse talent.

? Create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers.

? Source qualified candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job posting sites, resume databases, job fairs, conferences, and other mediums/resources.

? Conduct initial candidate screening and provide recommendations of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

? Coordinate candidate interviews and debriefings, ensuring an updated and accurate recruitment tracker.

? Coordinate medical assessments and background checks according to Client's established procedures.

? Coordinate offer letters and negotiation process as needed.

? Maintain administration and workload distribution among agencies.

? Responsible for reporting accurate talent acquisition metrics and objectives on time.

? Generate company advertising strategy on social media, print, digital, or radio and television.

? Ensure logistics of new employee onboarding with the hiring manager.

? Gather information for the files of candidates for direct, indirect, and managerial positions.

? Participate in global Talent Acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with Monterrey Plant operations.

? Demonstrates adaptability and agility, adjusting priorities and approaches as business needs and hiring demands evolve.

? Partners closely with the RPO as a dedicated liaison, driving alignment, troubleshooting challenges, and pivoting quickly as hiring demands shift across the organization.


NATURE AND SCOPE

The TA Specialist will report to the Sr TA Specialist with matrix reporting to the Site HR Manager. The TA Specialist will have a high level of interaction with HR, management, administrative and union personnel, payroll and training. This position will not have any direct reports.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

? Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

? Minimum 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

? Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
