The Global Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work with and advise our corporate and plant area hiring leaders on specific recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire talent into our high-performing culture. You will be accountable for full cycle recruiting that includes sourcing highly qualified candidate through a variety of channels, conducting phones screens and interviews, negotiation, and compensation analysis, and offer letter preparation. In addition, it will be expected to collaborate with HR Site Leaders to focus on workforce demands to meet the overall business and service objectives. The role will be Remote or Hybrid, depending on location of the applicant. The job will require 10% travel to our company manufacturing sites.
