Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to help us grow our team. You’ll manage the hiring process for shop and office positions, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening, scheduling, and onboarding. If you’re organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions within our shop and office teams
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidate fit
• Draft and extend offers to selected candidates
• Post jobs to platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, and maintain external job board accounts
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and HR to keep things moving
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
• Represent GasTech at career fairs and local recruiting events
• Help candidates feel welcome and informed throughout the process

• 5 years of talent acquisition experience is required
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to build relationships quickly
