Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the full recruitment life cycle to achieve business objectives. This job plans, develops, and coordinates, all day-to-day recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent while working closely with hiring managers to understand organization needs, and ensure a positive experience. Examples of Duties

- Develop and implement strategies to attract talent.
- Advises hiring managers and senior leadership, helping to define success profiles and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attract and retain talent to achieve organizational goals and initiatives.
- Analyzes metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitors industry trends and market activity to identify opportunities for proactive talent acquisition initiatives.
- Responsible for talent process from cradle to grave.
- NOTE: ย Position is 100% on site - no telework.
Typical Qualifications

- A bachelorโs degree or equivalent education and experience, plus 5 -7 years of working experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources.
- Extensive experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with NEOGOV preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other desktop applications as necessary.ย
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail is mandatory and excellent follow-up skills
- Thorough experience maintaining complex records, assembling and organizing data and preparing reports from such data.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers and the public.ย
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Preferred.
- Must pass a controlled substance (drug) test for employment.
