We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technically complex requisitions from start to finish, partnering with key stakeholders, and cultivating meaningful relationships. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with engineering and business functional leaders to gain insight into Intuitive Machines’ programs and staffing requirements to effectively recruit and retain competitive talent.
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes from requirement gathering, candidate screening, interview preparation, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with local area organizations, universities, and Intuitive Machines project partners to maintain talent pipeline across various channels.
  • Increase Intuitive Machines' presence in the local and national market by attending career fairs, engagement panels, networking events, etc. 
  • Assist in process improvement efforts to streamline sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and related recruiting practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or in a consultative Agency Recruitment role
  • 4-7 years of full lifecycle high volume recruiting across technical engineering roles with involvement in all areas of requirement gathering, sourcing/candidate outreach, interview preparation, offer negotiation, etc. 
  • Technical recruiting background in areas of engineering (software, mechanical, mechanisms, electrical, propulsion, GN&C, or similar) and business functional roles (Finance/accounting, supply chain, marketing, program/project management, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and functional use of various ATS systems (ADP, Workday, or similar)
  • Must have experience managing candidate offer processes including negotiating compensation, short and long-term incentives, and related benefits.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience supporting recruitment efforts in Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, etc. 
  • Previous experience within high growth organizations with multiple ongoing projects including simultaneous FTE and contract employees  
  • Functional use of SharePoint, Excel, MS TEAMS, or related tools
