Our client, an innovative $200M+ Non-Profit organization with a proven model to help vulnerable New Yorkers, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR department!!! This position will sit on a small team, have a high impact workload, and report into the Director of HR.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (various departments and levels), helping leadership find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- You will work deeply with department heads to understand not just the "job description," but the culture and specific needs of their teams
- Partner with the Senior Director of HR to build recruitment strategies ensures that hiring aligns with the companyβs long-term scaling goals
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and recruitment platforms for finding quality candidates; create and post job descriptions and announcements across them
- Managing the candidate experience and engagement from the first resume screen through to the final offer negotiation.
- Maintaining a well managed and accessible database of candidates allows for faster hiring cycles (Reduced Time-to-Fill).

Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency and/or company talent acquisition team
- HR Generalist and/or Benefits experience a huge plus
- Experience with a large ERP or CRM (Workday, Greenhouse, etc) and LinkedIn recruiter
- Experience interviewing over the phone, via video, and in-person
- Experience leading line manager relationships, recruiting, offer letter production, and onboarding a plus
