As Talent Acquisition Specialist r you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks offer negotiation)
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and on social media to promote employer brand
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives
- Provide data and insights on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in all phases of recruitment or talent acquisition to include sourcing candidates, interviewing and selection, checking references in compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Solid competency with Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Paycor)
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels
- SHRM-SCP and or SPHR preferred
