We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for the recruitment process of Weiss-Aug’s East Hanover NJ, Fairfield, NJ, New Kensington, PA, Elk Grove Village, IL and Boulder, CO. Types of positions and levels include operators, admin staff, technical (engineering) and management in a manufacturing environment. Recruitment experience in the medical products or insert molding industries a plus.
The successful candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing | recruiting | onboarding.
Responsibilities:
This position is at our East Hanover, NJ location fully on-site
Pay Range: $75k - $90k
