RMI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of our dynamic, Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, you will work alongside other TA team members to support them with the full-cycle recruitment process across a mix of departments and roles. You should possess the keen ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs through effective time management and organizational skills. Your demonstrated communication skills, team player mentality and customer-centric skills will also set you up for success. You are self-motivated and results-oriented yet enjoy being part of a dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities  

·         Assist with various phases of the recruiting process. This may include reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, compiling feedback and facilitating end-to-end interview processes and timely dispositions of candidates.

·         Responsible for interview scheduling coordination using VidCruiter or other interview scheduling channels as needed.

·         Assist with the optimization of the interview scheduling process as needed.

·         Work with new users to ensure interview scheduling accounts are set up correctly and on time for interviews. 

·         Assist with logistical and booking details for outreach events

·         Update and maintain recruiting content on TA’s SharePoint page.

·         Maintain and organize the recruiting inbox and notify TA team of noteworthy inquiries or respond as necessary and appropriate. 

·         Support the TA Team in running an efficient, equitable, and thoughtful recruiting process that balances expediency with hiring quality talent 

·         Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the Talent Acquisition Team as needed 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         1-2 years of talent acquisition experience salary range is ripe enough to expand to 1-3 years to allow us to capture just a bit beyond entry level.

·         Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly as talent acquisition needs change

·         Experience in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT) 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

·         Experience with interview scheduling

·         Interest in working with global organizations 

·         Willingness to learn high-volume recruitment 

 

Location 

We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby.    

We provide you with the essential IT equipment plus a one-time home technology payment and a monthly work from home/commuter allowance to ensure you have a comfortable home office set up and necessary supplies.   

We love seeing each other in person! We occasionally gather for shared time together like retreats and learning experiences. Be ready to travel for occasional in-person meetings (and of course, we cover travel costs). Some roles may require more travel, which will be discussed during the hiring process.   

Compensation 

RMI compensates based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $61,624. You would also have an additional 5% bonus target!
